About

I’ve been working for Ridgeline Apps for over three years now, initially as a product intern and now as a DevOps Engineer. I work everyday with AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment orchestration tooling. My work is very language agnostic so I have significant experience with Python, Typescript, and Kotlin. I’ve also developed proficiency in Terraform, Docker, Github Actions, Datadog, and more.

On the side, I’ve been working on my Unity game, Planet Ball. Originally developed for the 2018 UNR Hackathon, I’ve recently revisited the game and hope to release it on Steam soon. A huge achievement I’ve made recently is implementing component-based client-server prediction and rollback netcode which allows the game’s complicated physics to run smoothly across the network.

I also try to maintain my senior project, Snow Pass. Inspired by many icy trips between Sacramento and Reno over Donner pass, Snow Pass aggregates maps, webcams, weather, and Nevada DOT twitter.
